    I have a small stainless steel dry hopping ball, but it only fits about an oz. Thought about getting a couple more. I like those too, and almost bought one, but thought it may be too big for more 2.5 and 3 gallon kegs. Cheers!

    Verdant IPA Yeast

    This yeast is a BEAST. I got 81 attenuation fermenting at 69°F (niiiice) for 6 days. Apricot galore on the nose and I have not even dry hopped yet. Anyone else used this yeast?

    5 days in the keg/fermenter and the Verdant IPA yeast is smelling lovely with Citra, Mosaic and Galaxy. I'm definitely getting the apricot. Can't wait to dry hop this!

    I've had a busy travel schedule with work over the last few months so I'm taking the day off. Brewing a NEIPA today with Citra, Mosaic and Galaxy all in hopstand and dry hop. 70% Golden Promise and 10% each of White Wheat, Chit and Malted Oats. Verdant IPA yeast. Cheers!

    NEIPA Recipe/Process Critique

    Anything I should know when I push from fermenting keg to serving keg? Any certain pressure I should use to transfer it? I guess it would just need to be a higher pressure than what the serving tank is at after I push out the Star San.
