    I don't know where I got the OG of 1.065 and the FG of 1.016 in my recipe post. My software shows 1.059 and 1.015.

    Yes we did end up brewing this. Turned out really nice. We got a little more efficiency than expected. OG ended up at 1.062 and FG finished at 1.016.

    smuttynose summer weizen clone

    Has anyone tried making this yet? I look forward to grabbing a 6er or 2 every summer and now would like to try a brew this myself. The website specs 2-row and wheat malt, Sterling hops, chamomile and Belgian Wit yeast. The big question is, how much chamomile?
