    Has anyone brewed 2 beers side by side with 2 IC1800 units? Thinking about using the same base beer from mash tun to create 2 2.5 gallon beers. Have to check, but could 2 IC1800 work in one outlet?

    Lambic and Flanders Red Advice

    I always prefer a carbonated lambic. As for the flanders, could you brew a new batch and blend some of the 3 year old with the new beer to add sourness? Problem is with this plan is, how long will it take to get rid of the 3 yo beer. Might be 5-6 years old by the time you're done.

    Just kegged this up 2 weeks ago and recently tapped. Fantastic beer! Started fermenting at 68 and ramped to 90 over 3 weeks. Entered into a beer comp next weekend. Will let you know how it does

    I may be wrong but I thought SaisonHands was closer to 4.5% while HopHands is 5.5%
