Awsome, i am fully confident this will easily compare to the other half, trillium and many others out there. Did u go with the oast or the white wheat?

How long has it set in a keg before u drink it? I find that many hops mellow out some with a little time

Double IPA Tomorrowland (a NEIPA experience)

No, no over carbing as long as you purge after the forced at 35. Here is a pic of one that I was trying to brighten the orange with a little cara60, the orange never came through right without changing the flavor so I omitted it from the recipe. I will have an updated pic here in another few...

Double IPA Tomorrowland (a NEIPA experience)

Its not often i post my recipies as i find that not many are really worth it, but since i have made quite a vast amount of NEIPA, i have nailed down what i find an amazing combination using a simple ingredient list without too complex of a process. The average time from grain to glass is 9...

    Pumpkin Ale Recipe?

I’d suggest no more than 2tbs total of spices but some are much stronger than others, and no more than 4 sticks of cinnamon, but again it can get too strong if it’s very fresh. What does your current recipie use as is?

using silicone tubing for makeshift herms set up?

Dont get me wrong here, my Mash effeciency is spot on, and I am regularly hitting the high 90's. My issue is I like to control the temp to achieve a specific conversion, such as a maltier 152-156 or a dryer 146-148. I also would like to do step mashes without decoction, but that is not really...

    Autosiphon won't suck?

I have never seen that style before, but I have experianced quite a bit of my autosiphon not working correctly. My issues where always with the smaller tube not sealing properly, especially after sitting for a while, and then trying to auto siphon some starsan to sanitize it. So I gave up on...

    Concerned about my coffee porter..

What your seeing is completely normal. However, using cheese cloth as a cover WILL let in wild yeast and oxygen and can cause an infection. You can and will experiance wild flavors not quite expected, similar to using a coolship. These are not always bad tho, but they can be, and in some...
