    DME Lesson Learned

    I put dme into a big bowl at least a foot away from the kettle. Then using a scoop I add the dme a bit at a time. The scoop gets a little clumped, but is easy to deal with.

    100% G P to 1.080 or so, goldings hops 20 IBUs, and Scottish yeast makes a great wee heavy.
