I do keep a brewlog on my laptop once the batch is done, but start out using a hand written copy that I keep handy as I brew as I'd much rather have an accidental spill in a piece of notebook paper.
I'm thinking about getting a small freezer to use as a temperature controlled fermenter, but I only plan to use it to ferment cool. Any suggestions for a controller?
