    raw honey vs. heated honey???

    Only negative results come from heating honey. Most beekeepers subscribe to the idea that heating your honey over 105 degrees starts to degrade the natural enzymes and protiens that are so wonderful about raw honey. I personally don't heat my honey at all unless I have to. It is pumped...
