How many people hate canker sores before tasting a great brew?

This is a rediculous thread, but I want to know. How many of you have been inconvenienced by a horrible canker sore that stings whenever you put sudsy goodness to it? I just bit my lip recently and a huge canker sore formed and it is impairing my ability to sample the goodness of beer!

This is a rediculous thread but having a cancer sore (biting your lip) is the worst!

Yeah, I bit my lip and a gnarly cancer sore is forming! It is the worst thing to have before tasting great brew!

Bottling Mr.Beer after 7 days and letting the rest sit?

No worries. I will. I guess a few micros and some liquid courage goes a long way! Yet, I would not necessarily recomend drunk courage to anyone...use with extreme caution! Report of this experiment due in 7-14 days.

Bottling Mr.Beer after 7 days and letting the rest sit?

F**k it. It's my first batch so I'll do it anyway. If anything it will be either a learning exprience or a good science project!

    Re-Carbonating?

Why not just get some of them together and you can all have a sample of your brew? Then you can hear the praise of your superior brew or maybe not... either way you can have some too! Just my 2 cents.

Bottling Mr.Beer after 7 days and letting the rest sit?

Yeah, that is the nice thing about home brewing. The only reason I ask is because Mr.Beer doesn't allow for a hydrometer. Since it's my first batch, not one of the countless batches that I have helped my friend with, I will try it and see how it works

Bottling Mr.Beer after 7 days and letting the rest sit?

I asked this question in the Mr.Beer thread, yet, I wonder if anyone else has any suggestions that have used Mr.Beer. I am on day seven of fermentation and I was wondering if I could bottle just one bottle then let the rest sit for another week. The reason I want to do this is because it is...

Mr Beer - Read all about it and ask questions

So, it's day 7 of my first batch in Mr.Beer. The brew seems to be fairly clear so, I was wondering: Can I bottle one beer then let the rest of the beer sit for another week while I wait to bottle the rest or should I just bottle all at once? The only reason I want to bottle one then bottle the...

This question may have already been asked (If so, thread?) but what would be some recomended literature on brewing? History, style, recipies, etc.
