Yes, I agree....very overwhelming with all the choices. I ended up getting the Taprite742HP...Hopefully this helps my issues.

I'm now thinking of getting a new regulator. I am sick of having to battle with the one I have/using the screwdriver to adjust it and then not really knowing how much it is adjusted because it takes forever to change...anyhow, I was thinking either Micromatic or Taprite.....What do you think...

Ok. I had dry hopped with 1.5 ounce combo of Centennial and Columbus....and there is almost no hoppiness. I am thinking of adding at least an ounce more. This beer is a take on the 21st amendment Back In Black IPA. Any thoughts?

Yup. I just wasn't sure how that might affect things as far as the carbonation process goes or the possibility of introducing oxygen or other badness when I open up the keg to put more in. I dry hoped with an ounce and a half at room temp. Then I chilled it overnight and started to carb it...

I am in the processing of keg carbing a black ipa. I feels like it is taking forever. What I have tried is a little disappointing as far as hoppiness goes. I was thinking of opening up one of the kegs and adding more hops. Any thoughts?
