I always dry hop naked. After I keg, the first pint or two has a bit of hop floaties but after that it is crystal clear.

Score! The compressor fires right up when I bypassed the thermostat. That just saved me a bundle on a wasted project. Just gotta get a new stat and I'm in business. Thanks for the help!

I have never done that but I just whipped up a recipe called Orange Weizen a few weeks ago and served it on Superbowl. It was a big hit. I added 1 oz sweet orange peel to the boil. Anyhow, it wasn't overpowering but you did get a hint of the citrus at the end.

I am too lazy (well, just don't have enough time mostly) to bottle so I am hoping an extended secondary in the carboy with some keg conditioning will make it a good beer this summer :)
