    Nice. Whole cranberries? I'm racking a gallon into secondary today over 8oz of frozen/thawed/frozen cranberries for my first time trying it. Might sweeten with honey or maple before bottling, still not sure yet.

    Sounds interesting. I can't imagine what the end result would taste like. Any reason wheat bread instead of rye? I think rye might be a better flavor. I've never made bread kvass though, only beet.

    I'm a newb too but this got me wondering,,,,,any star san?? Did you sanitize or just rinse? I'd be concerned something was growing in your carboy that you don't want.
