I have a PID on my charcoal smoker that controls a servo and a fan to adjust air flow, and I find with it I set the temp to 20 degrees less then my target temp then once it gets to that temp and over shoots, as it is starting to calm down I adjust the temp to what I want and it will then get...

I think there is a pill for that. Or a powder

Grey and white are colors. The one I used had squares that represents where it was optimized or not. And they would organize as it went.

Haha. I spent days of my life back then watching those defrag squares change color.

I agree. That's why I said "I know not too put to much emphasis on the air lock." 👍
