    Looks like you are one of about 10 people lol. It's a great style of beer. Is it very hyped right now yes... But does that make it good or bad.... no. I like it as a style and if you haven't had a good one. Oh boy are you in for it when you do. We have some amazing breweries in PA making them...

    I hear you on that one. I went all out with the 3v e-herms system, but it's such a pain to put together and tear down/clean every few weeks. I'm thinking of going biab as well.

    Absolutely. People do it all the time. I'm not sure I would necessarily use glycol just in case of a leak but definitely will work with water

    Edit: to get technical I forgot I did put in. . 2 grams in the boil. Just very very very little.

    Just wanted to update everyone on the status of this beer. Holy crap ballz did this turn out amazing. In case everyone is WONDERING... There is no boil hops necessary to make a NEIPA. Not only did it hit the style spot on but it's freaking delicious!! Had some issues with the keg clogging...

    Are you throwing hops in the fermenter loose or in a bag? That will make a difference

    Thanks for the feedback. I'm just going off of what little information I've read on the topic. Literally only 2 sites. I guess I'll just have to truck through it and risk it for the biscuit and see how it comes out.
