So, what is your favorite part of brew day? Just curious.
For me, it's the smells. The grains being steeped. The sweet smell of the hops right out of the package.
Never gets old.
Yeah. I may not sweat things too much until I make the jump to all grain. From what I'm gathering, having the "right" water is more important than when extract brewing.

I did strugle a bit with my temperatures for the first couple of days. At some point I'll invest in equipment to help control that.
