I love wheat beer but I had an issue when Ihad a keg of shiner hefe when Ifirst got my kezzer. I had pressure issues but I have learned more about it since then might be worth a try. Would I need mixed gas or CO2 ok?

I used both bock liquid and some DME I gues sthat is right I know it was a can and a bag of DME and of course sugar.

What are some of the kits that people like? I did a shiner bock kit and ready for my second batch for the pipeline. I have a lot to choose from Homebrew Headquarters and don't know where to begin. What "additions" do you like to use?
