    No head on beer

also, in your recipe you could also add some torrified wheat to your mash, this will add some good head and head retention into your beer (pending style and what you've got in it. cocoa and chocolate tend to destroy head due to the oils in the cocoa (correct me if im wrong on this guys)

Is it ok to brew beer if I don't have a beard ??

They would be the first people ever to win the Nobel prize for brewing beer. The results would be told in tales along side Paul bunyon and babe the blue ox for centuries. It would be THAT good. Just because of the beard.

Is it ok to brew beer if I don't have a beard ??

Although not proven by scientists YET, yes it does. The more epic the beard the happier the brew gods are. Thus. Better efficiency.

Adding honey to a Cream Ale

if you havent made the NB cream ale yet then dont add ANYTHING. its a great extract brew. in fact probably one of my all time favorites in terms of extract beers. it was stellar out of the box. adding honey in my exp. has not added a honey flavor like you may think, all i got was a thin high...

What are some of the mistakes you made...where your beer still turned out great!

Chili Mango (or just mango) soda recipe!

Sounds awesome. As for serving in a taco stand type set up. There are small I wanna say 2 gallon corny kegs that you can buy. Just cold crash the soda and force carb that in the corny. I would think the two gallon set up would work well if you don't have a ton of space.
