i was thinking about buying an Oxynator. do they seem to work as adverstied in reducing final gravity ?

ive tried the shaking thing 5 times and it didnt work. i dont know why it didnt work but i ended up just set the pressure according to the homebrew book i have (its based on temp and style) and waitied 2 weeks. best advice is patience!

i would order from keg connection. They can hook you up with everything you need and sometimes its better to order everything from one shop. btw whats the difference in performance on steel vs alum in nitro tanks ?

what we did was make a very light ale. most of our friends were coors and bud people. The good news is most of them liked it and when the come over they ask for for our ale vs bud. we wanted to make something for a starting point for our other stuff.

thats a pretty good idea. it has to be able to be done becausae they sell Jim Beam and cola in cans. IF over cabonating is the issue then couldn't you make the cola from a kit and then add the Beam to it and then force carb the hole keg ?

i have horrible luck ! i wanted one of these but built a coffin box due to cost (this was in the last 2 weeks!) what you might do (if your in Wichita) there is a brew store on Douglas called "Whats Brewing" take some pics and the owner will let you put them up. Good Luck!
