My lovely wife started keto about 2 weeks ago. Now that I understand it, I call it the cauliflower and bacon diet. I love bacon and meat in general but my brain just hates the taste of cauliflower. I love so many other veggies but cauliflower is almost at the bottom of the list just above...

Actually, the color key is incorrect. It should say that the states shown in Red are very windy because... Ohio sucks!

We lovingly call that "Chris-Mo-Ween" or alternatively "Hallow-Mas". Used to see that odd combination every year at Lowe's and Home Depot.

Have you looked at the King Arthur (flour) website? We used to get their catalogs in the mail and they do sell lot's of gluten free products. Gluten is not an issue for us so I don't have any actual experience w/ that kind of thing, but I do remember seeing lot's G.F. stuff in the catalogs.
