    Airlock Broke

    This is my first time making beer, I wanted to keep everything sterilized so I bolied the airlock and it got deformed and broke.     I started my first home brew about 4 days ago.. The instructions said to let it ferment for 3 days and then sit for another 3 days and then bottle. Is this right..? Does it only need to stay in the fermenting bucket for 6 days? Also while its in there can I take the top off to look at it or...

    After I bottle

    I will be bottling my very first brew on Saturday. After I bottle it all up does it go right in the fridge for 3-4 weeks or does it stay out of the fridge for a couple weeks..? Anthony

    Twist Top Bottles or Pop Top Bottles

    I am new to making my own brew and this saturday I will be bottling for the first time. Can the bottles be twist top bottles or do they have to be all pop top bottles since you put pop tops on..?? Please help..!!! Not sure if the twist top bottles will make a good enough seal.. Anthony
