If you're a Costco member or know someone who is, I've had great results with their store brand "fresh pressed" apple juice which is not from concentrate. My costco in NJ had it for $8.89/2 gallons.

IMO, Hop Stoopid is the worst IIPA I've ever had. Totally unbalanced, not even a hint of bitterness, totally all aroma in a sickly sweet syrupy sense. Couldn't even finish it. People buying IIPAs expect an increase in the bitterness, not just aroma. And to emphasize it wasn't just heavy on...

And even if you end up being a little high, though as others said its hard to do with extract, it won't change the flavor really, just a little more alcohol, which is never a bad thing!
