How many brews for BBQ propane

Oh one more thing I do have to have mine Wide Open Throtle. So are the larger burners more efficient? Or is that a larger expense than I would get back anytime soon since I all ready have a burner?

How many brews for BBQ propane

So for the long run would be better to hook into the gas line going to my water heater. There is a "T" and one end has a 5" pipe then a cap so I could just shut off gas remove cap and install my set up and hose. Then swmbo would not see the increase in cost even though its prob the same as the...

WOOOO HAAAA Just sipped from my sample bottle. Very strong alcohol up front and finished hint of sweet and smooth. I think it's a no go on more yeast it may dry it out just secondary and dry hop. I have to say I am really really happy with what I tasted expecting a alcohol syrup. Nothing like...

    Ever heard of stale CO2?

It could be your beer is not ready. Some of my brews will have a "dusty" taste for the first 2 weeks or so. I use the set it about 10-12 and leave it method. What carb method did you use? crazy high then drop down or set it and let it do its work.

    Can't boil, 2nd attempt

This is crazy!! have you had a problem boiling water for regular cooking in the past? Does your stove work correctly? Have you tried boiling a much smaller amount of water in the brew pot? Did the turkey fryer come with a aluminum pot? If so did you try it. Last thing did you keep the lid on...

Age beer before or after force carbing?

That a long time in the primary for starters. I usually put keg's right in the keezer hook up co2 and let it sit. There are several way's to carb some say ramp it up high then drop down in levels and bla bla bla. But if you look at charts that style can get you over carbed and take time to come...

Bottling tomorrow and want to Clean/Sanitize today

One more thing don't put them in the dish washer. The dry jet cleaner and residual soap's can cause extreme foaming. Also since you said your taking off the labels I guessing they are used beer bottles not new clean. I would recommend using a bottle brush to scrub any stuck on crap from the...

    apricot heff extract gone bad

Good luck I hope yours turns out good.Mine has been in keg over a month and still as bad as the day I kegged it. I know it was the extract due to the fact that I sampled some straight from the racking tube and was good and resampled after I added the extract and carbed for a few hours and just...
