    Mostly pale ales, lagers occasionally. I have pale malt, pilsen, victory , 1 lb maris otter, 3 or 4 lb munich. Rice and rye are flaked. Also 1 1/2 flaked corn. Plenty of hops to chose from. C10 l c60 l , honey malt. I dont really care for brown ales, at least none tbat i tried. Im open to try...

    Smackpac wyeast danish 2042 i think it is. got it today, smacked it, dated 9/1/16 took about 6 or seven hours to swell. I dumped that in 2000 ml 1040 started on a plate. I looked at some online yeast calcs but i dont know how much yeast ill have. This is for a grolsch clone i hope to brew...

    Blue Moon Clone

    Just opened my bm clone as per waynes posted recipe and i must say im very happy with the results. I dont have one for a side by side comparison but from memory it is pretty spot on . Its very fresh and tasty. May or may not get better with a little time if it lasts long enough. [emoji481]

    Dont tell the oxygen police ...

    Just posting a follow up - the beer is amaZing so far and im doing everything i can to drink it as fast as possible. Lesson learned. I dont know why i often have to learn the hard way but w/e.
