What? I water lightly every day, sometimes twice a day depending on if the soil is getting dry or not. first year rhizomes should never be allowed to dry out, then again they should never be soaked either as it may cause root rot

well its 525 virtual ibu's and the stupid beer smith program screwed up again, the final gravity was 1.008 it took alot of yeast and beano to bring it down to that level though

This beer has tons of head still, but the flavor has progressed very nice, it when from hoppy with tons of alcohol, to more of like a whiskey flavor, a great beer to sip on

well there is 3 things I can think of that would cause this: 1. your not taking tempeture into account when doing your gravity readings 2. Your yeast can't handle the alcohol content of your beer, then you should maybe throw a wine yeast to finish it off. 3. Or the sugars left that are to...

and it was actually fermented for 28 days its just after 14 I moved it in from being dry hopped with sterling and on to the nugget

no, the second one was a miss type it was 1.008 and I was able to score the zeus off of ebay

yeah, I got the same gravity for 4 days straight at 1.08, it seems like it taste like a hoppy version of 120 minute
