    should I cut my hop additions if I plan on using blueberry extract. I won't know exactly what the hop schedule looks like until I get my kits on Monday, but I'm curious about the flavors clashing

    I use the bottle brush, clean them and sanitize before I bottle, I just hadn't seen anything that wouldn't rinse out before, but like I said this only my 3rd batch. Thanks for the help

    I've only done extract so far. So to do the sparge, I would just pour the hot water over the bag of grains to get my wort to the correct level before the boil, am I correct?

    Second brew

    I left mine in the primary for 10 days, and it was very drinkable after a week, I'm sure it will only get better over the next few weeks. Great carbonation and flavor, it did have a little bit of a green taste, but nowhere near as green as my first batch. My first one was a Scottish Ale kit

    My first batch I did a 2.5 gallon boil, but my stove top struggled to get to a boil. If my beer will struggle with flavor though, I will just deal with it until I can get a propane burner
