No pics of the wings, I got them started late and was serving right at kick off, but they were great! Here is a pic of the jerky before it got swapped into the dehydrator inside.

No pics, but i decided to ribs today as well. Picked an eye round roast up as well so sliced it up and have it marinating for jerky to smoke before the wings... Weather is not to cold so I am getting the most out it this weekend.

Has to be all the dust in the wind...
