    New to all grain brewing, so please pardon these basic questions. When do you measure mash pH? After the 60 minutes mashing? Also, how do you determine "the efficiency of the mash?" I assume by measuring OG after the boil? Thanks

    No. Technically, a 15 amp breaker will work with the Anvil 10.5, but I installed a 20 amp circuit because I never know what upgrade I may go with in the future.

    Why no higher end picnic taps?

    This is excellent! I've thought about a smaller 3 keg version of this, but was wondering, do you have to clean an individual line if you haven't had a particular beer for several days or a week. How often do you have to clean the lines and what is the process?

    The immediate problem I see with buying the 6.5 Anvil is that I see no all-grain "kits" available in 2.5 gallon sizes and I don't know enough yet about what I'm doing to spec-out my own ingredients and recipe.

    Kolsch fermentation temperature

    Thank you, I appreciate that, but unfortunately, it's a kit that specified OG but not FG. I'm going to invest in an Anvil Foundry once I get a little more experience, so I will be able to answer questions about grain bill, etc!
