    Tim Hortons

We unfortunately had a few stores close here in Maine. I think their coffee and food is much better than Dunkin Donuts, and their prices are lower. I especially like their cream of broccoli soup

What style do you brew most?

American Wheat. My wife's favorite and fortunately for her the style that I seem to have a lot of success brewing. I really like West Coast style APA's & IPA's and have made some fairly good ones, but I've yet to make one that I would consider "great".

Which supply store has best selection of kettles?

The Hop Shop in Gray is pretty good too, just smaller than the Portland store. My brother home brews too, and we have started growing hops on...

What's everyones favorite recipe with fresh cider?

I do pretty much the same thing. Fresh cider from a local orchard and yeast. I use Nottingham. I do however sweeten after its done fermenting with a brown sugar and cinnamon syrup. I keg it and keep it cold so I don't have to worry about the yeast starting up again.

    Help with yeast!

Looks pretty normal to me. The yeast is on the bottom. Stick it in the fridge and it should clear out and settle out more.
