    Congrats! Looks great. Started my first batch (an American Cream Ale) 2 days ago and anxiously waiting for that first glass! So for a month or so my spare time will be spent here, looking at equipment, and telling the kids they may not go to college as my garage is converted into a brewery.

    Oh oh. I can't remember. I think after pitching because I see a bit of foam in the bottle. If not, I'll just wait a week and pull the lid and take another sample. I got the fermenter down to 70 degrees and that will have to do until I can get the controller for my freezer tomorrow...
