    Tips for Full Fridge Kegerator

Not sure how much room you’ll have inside but I prefer to keep the tanks outside. Easier to maintain and keep an eye on the tank pressure.

    My sanitation Question! whew-who! lol

@bracconiere im pretty sure your plan will work just fine, I don’t boil my immersion chiller I just put it in at flameout because by the time I’m below 180 it’s been 10-15 mins so you should be fine.

    The beer that embodies Christmas

@JAReeves ive had a spruce tip beer and I found it totally foul, I’m sure others might not because there is an obvious market for it but the thought of drinking my Christmas tree at dinner is not appealing at all.

Need an idea of what to do with this

I came to own it when one of our customers at work complained about a rattle noise at an idle, the bearings on the engine side go bad and cause the noise. My kids said coat rack also, the “bell housing” on the “bottom” is pretty wide which is why I was thinking lamp. I do a fair amount of...

Maybe once I get some more outlets because there is only 1 in the whole garage! I might consider it, and since I haven’t been brewing I haven’t had a tank swapped in years.

    The beer that embodies Christmas

12 Dogs of Christmas, I never had the actual beer but made a clone of it and it has nutmeg, clove and cinnamon (if memory serves) and a great malty backbone, it’s like Christmas in a glass.

people with a scale, how many ozs of co2 have you used!!

I have no idea! After reading some of your posts about how you keep a scale under your tank and I thought about weighing it but I haven’t.

Need an idea of what to do with this

this is a torque tube from a 2008 Chevy corvette, this is what transfers the power from the back of the engine to the transmission in the rear, it’s about 5 feet tall and I thought it would make a cool conversation piece beings that unless you’ve worked on a corvette you wouldn’t know what it...

Over the years there have a lot of people that have come and gone some by force and some just stopped coming around. I can’t remember all of them but when a good old necro thread gets erected I like to go back and see who was there then and are they still around now. @zippyclown that was pretty...

    TransAmguy’s new brewery

This is probably one of the newest houses I’ve lived in most were at least 100 years old and the house I moved from was a converted one room school house that was built in 1860. Thanks! I built that about 8 years ago and I love it, so simple and the only lifting is to move the mash tun to...

    TransAmguy’s new brewery

@NewJersey its old school because those cabinets came out of the kitchen from when the house was built in the 80’s! I just couldn’t throw them out and being able to repurpose them was a nice feeling, I think I’ll paint them at some point but function is what I was going for.
