So I got the stuff I ordered and then decided to order another faucet and a shank. I didn't notice until after it got here that the tail piece is not included and has to be purchased extra. I emailed the "customer service" and he told me I should of read it better and acted like he didn't...

I agree with you on that! I just did it but I added 1 more lb of DME and then dry hopped some centenial. Turned out Fabulous!
