    I'd like to know how to get the dryed fresh hops into my 5 gallon carboys easier. I made a huge mess and maybe got a half a oz in there. I also tried using a funnel but it just got stuck in the narrow part. Useless, Im telling ya.

    Yep me too. Works pretty good except I usually have to squeeze out the wort with my hands. I just make sure my hands are sanitized or wear disposible gloves.

    3 cases, 2 kegs, and 1-5 gallon batch fermenting. It goes quick with my friends and family. Need to buy more grain.

    I use a digital thermometer but also have used a floating thermometer. So the temps are right on. Im going to do some more experimenting with the water ph/mash ph. But this time with small mini mash on the stove.
