Going to brew a Helles tomorrow. Grain bill consists of;German Pils,Munich and Carapils. I would like to keep the ibu's south of 20. I have Hersbrucker 1.7AA and Mittlefruh 3.2AA. How would you use these? Thanks.

Drinking some Blue Moons.A coworker gave me 3 cases as his son in law works at the local Coors brewery.Not one of my faves,but its free beer.

I'm planning an IPA tomorrow,would like to keep it in the 7% 70ibu range. Hops I have on hand are; Simcoe,Amarillo, Magnum and Cascade. How would use these hops? Cheers!!

I have been making a liter starter on a stir plate,typically 24-48 hrs before brewday. I have been pitching the whole 1liter into my wort. Do you guys decant? And if so,why?
