    Tröegs Dreamweaver Help

Below is a recipe I came up with to try and match the Tröegs Dreamweaver. This is the first time trying to clone a beer on my own and would appreciate any advice. I have never brewed with wheat so should I add some rice hulls? Should I mash higher or lower? Tröegs Dreamweaver Clone -...

    Final Gravity High? (Milk Stout)

I don't think that's a lot of cocoa. I just did a chocolate milk stout and used 4 oz in a 3 gallon batch then added some Godiva liqueur before bottling. Tasted really good could have drank it right from the bottling bucket. Edit: oops! I thought that was a 5 gallon batch.

How to add gravity after fermentation?

Just lowered the efficiency in Brewtarget on my recipe to what we actually got then added the LME and it looks very balanced. Is this OK to get an idea of what this will do to the beer? 1.048 OG to 1.068 OG

How to add gravity after fermentation?

I had the same thing happen when we brewed an IPA on Monday. Is 5 days too late to add LME? I have some in an extract kit that I won at a learn to homebrew day event. It's bubbling away I guess it would just start fermenting some more. 5.5 gallons add 3.3lbs LME.

Take a look at Brooklyn Brew Shop 1 gallon all grain batches. Still takes about the same time as bigger batches but it's a great introduction. They sell full kits or just the ingredients.

    Alternatives to Newcastle Brown Ale?

Dogfish Indian Brown is excellent but may be a bit too much of a jump. Moose Drool is probably a good choice.

    Dogfish 120 Minute Imperial IPA

I am hoping to get some 120 this weekend. What do you guys think about cellaring it? My beer fridge is kept at around 45 degrees and my basement doesn't usually go much above 70 in the summer. Should it be cellared in the beer fridge or just the basement?
