I was going a lot of reading on here and saw the STC1000 was a very popular temp controller on her. Also it's only about $19 on eBay. Can't go wrong with that.

Hey all, I am looking into getting a chest freezer and converting it into a fermentation chamber. My question is when using a temp controller such as an STC-1000 if I have it set up with an outlet for hot and one for cold do I just plug the freezer plug into the cold slot? That way it turns...
