mine are very slow this year also. whats the ratio to water with these? can they be put down with out water? in ohio we have been getting alot of rain and dont want to flood them. ive also been told chicken poop is very good for them but im kinda in fear of burning them up with it.

Look around your area and see if there is a motor rebuilder. id bet they can make it more durable then factory. if all else fails look on the internet or pm me and ill get you the info from the rebuilder here in marion

Sadly my wife cannot do much with hops it messes her up when she gets close to my pot when im brewing. found that out one day when she decided to help me brew. she can drink beer but something about the hops in boiling wort causes her throat to constrict so i brew outside and away from her.

no big worries here i almost never drink in front of my kid and he looks more at it as on the hobbie side. someone once told him i was killing myself by drinking alcohol so i had to talk to him about it. i rarely drink more then a 6 pack over a week.

So yesterday was my birthday and my wife and kid give me a birthday cake with dad wrote out in beer caps. anyone else have there family do something like that?

Ive noticed if you put bottles in the doors of some fridges they stay much warmer then on a shelf. maybe he had them in the door.

I clean mine by putting about a gallon of water into it shake it turn upside down i repeat this several times then i use a brush or a carboy cleaner and rinse a cupple times. none of this is done in a milk crate.

nope fill free to put your beer in what ever you want to. but the reason for my first post was i knew there was gonna be a bunch of people climb up the op azz with the statement better bottles done.

This is sad i hear on the news all the time plus a simple google search will show what im saying is true. if you are not sapost to ever reuse a plastic water bottle why is that? basic brewing did a episode where a batch was split by James Spencer half in glass half in plastic and in a blind...

if you do a lttle searching there is a coffee wine recipe on the forums that turned out nice.
