ive got 6 of these growlers mine were from a supply shop not stone but ive bottled in them for years and some have been stored for years while carbed. they are very thick and heavy built if you are using these i wouldnt have to much concern

I think one of the guys craigtube hangs out with brewed one. they reviewed it on one of his shows.

I know its not festa brew but man ive left beer in a fermenter for over a year and it turned out fine i even bottle carbed those beers with no problems. RDWHAHB

Im able to do that with beer in fact they pass some of mine around when they hold compitions so i get a little feedback there. but the guys there that ive talked to about wine are like me they are not fans of it.

This is yeast samples that happen to be in a liquid that contained water and honey. now if something happened there i cannot say as im not a chemist.:)

I did this a few times and it takes off freakin quick you will want to make sure there is plenty head space for that beer. Take heed of wtfDeans words.

Speaking of smell has anyone else noticed when you go anywhere near a budwieser brewery it smells like chicken soup? ive been past several of them and it always makes me think that.
