Does anyone have plans or a parts list to build a simple filter to dechlorinate tap water? I'm thinking something along the lines of a Pentek filter housing with a cartridge and some way to connect it to a faucet. Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

So you're trying to carbonate beer with something that can't carbonate beer?

I kegged the beer today, racked it onto 2 cups of cold brew. The sample tasted great, good coffee flavor. I'll see what it's like in 10 days.

So adjusting that nut should change the distance between the bottom of the pickup and the cooler floor. I say thread that nut on as far as it will go, this will maximize your pickup and leave the least amount of liquid in the mash tun.

I'm going to be kegging a milk stout this weekend. I'm making some cold brew coffee to add to it but I'm unsure how much to add. It's a 5 gallon batch. Thanks!

No, I think it's done. I used rehydrated US-05, no changes to the recipe, but the volume to the fermenter was less than 5 gallons, something went wrong with my water numbers somewhere. I used 1lb lactose. I'm going to eventually keg it with some cold brew coffee, hopefully that'll cut the...

Do you know what your actual boil off rate is?

I mashed it at 154, and fermented at 67. I have since raised the fermenter temp and there's new activity, I'll check it again in a couple days.
