I'm having the same issue, 38 degrees, 10 foot Bev Seal Ultra lines, varying pressures on different types of beers. All pour ok but don't seem like they are carbonated.

I've done both now, and kegging is much easier and far less time consuming. Build a keg system and get yourself a counter pressure bottle filler and a small bottle collection. If you choose too, you can bottle from the keg.

I feel like brewhardware.com had them, but I can't seem to find it on the site.

Garden hose to spigot, capture first 5 gallons of hot water in a bucket with PBW or OxyClean to clean brew gear. Then move outlet hose to a cooler and capture 4-5 gallons and add ice. Move hose from spigot to submersible pump and recirculate ice water from cooler through immersion chiller.

Can anyone tell me the approximate shelf life of rice syrup solids? I ask because I ordered and received a pound from Amazon and the label on the bag is from a company called Crosby and Baker. Well Crosby and Baker were acquired by BSG in April of 2011, so I'm guessing this bag is pretty old.

About 4.5 gallons in a corny. So anytime you change the pressure it's 7-10 days?

Pulled my first pour from my kegerator last night. Beer tastes great, but needs a bit more carbonation. I upped the pressure on the regulator 2psi but I'm wondering how long will it take to equalize?

I wouldn't call Bomb a "spiced stout". More chocolate and coffee with a very mild hot pepper finish. It's a fantastic stout.

Wow, this is good stuff. I added 2 cups cold brew coffee during kegging, first pours today taste great! Coffee aroma, lots of chocolate with a coffee finish. Very happy with this brew.
