Happened across this at the grocery looking for Guinness to make stew. Had to try.

First time having this. Was thinking I’d have to go back to Italy to try it. Unsure of the shipping situation but hops are still very nice.

Was stoked they still had these in Norfolk. The Veil made a Sierra Nevada Celebration tribute beer! Very nice with whole cone centennial & US/NZ cascade!

Cold IPA is a silly style name, but this is an enjoyable beer. Somewhat bitter and very dry is a nice change of flavor from massive holiday stouts.

Well … if only 8 days fermentation @ 64F? Essentially equal attenuation.

No rush! But I am curious about your thoughts on Sleeping Forever. It wasn’t quite for me but reminded me of other very popular stouts so I thought it was a good share. Maple coconut stout sounds like my idea of heaven.
