    Gas plumbing

Thanks guys. Looks like I will go back and get the 1/2" pipe and 3/8" flex. As for the propane tank connection to the 1/2" pipe what do you guys use? And where can I get a 5'-10' hose to go from the tank/regulator to the 1/2" pipe?

    Gas plumbing

Well most of that is Greek to me. After standing in home depot for an hour or two, I was going to use 1/2" black steel pipe, then the hd guy talked me into 3/4" black pipe with the 7/8" od yellow flex line. I believe the banjo burner fitting that comes with it is 3/8", so I don't know how I...

    Gas plumbing

I have three banjo burners that are 210,000 btu's each. I am getting black steel tube for the gas line and the. I want to come off the t's with the plastic yellow flexible gas line. But it looks like the 3/8" hose is only rated for 33,400 btu's per hour. Is this going to be a problem?

    March 809 pump wiring

I cant remember if the breaker is a 15 or 20. So I guess I can just go with 12 gauge to handle 20 if needed.

Converting 2 Kegs, one thread for questions

I didn't use my step bits properly, because I went through three of them for 9 holes. Basically one step bit per keg. Just glad I'm done with that part.

Converting 2 Kegs, one thread for questions

I would definitely recommend purchasing a $45 angle grinder. Not only will it work great for cutting the top of the keg, but for polishing them too.

    Weldless brew stand.

The cost of the pumps were too small for me to not go with a single tier system. Granted I am still in the process of my build, but I think I am going to love the single tier vs a three tier.

    March 809 pump wiring

Does anyone have a diagram for wiring two march pumps to a 2 gang box with a switch for each pump and incoming power from an extension cord?

    Weldless brew stand.

High temp engine paint. Not sure how it is going to hold up, because you are supposed to bake it after you spray it on. Not sure about you, but I do not have an oven that big!

    March 809 plastic threads

I just got my Proflow Dynamics QD's and tried fitting them on my March pump yesterday. Has anyone else had problems getting these qd's attached to the pump without completely stripping the plastic threads?

    Keggle Port Positions

I am installing all weldless bulkheads. I haven't drilled any holes, so both the sight glass and the ball valve can go anywhere. I just watched your video and see that you have both installed between the two skirt holes.

    Keggle Port Positions

I am about to drill the holes for my sight glass, ball valve, and return port on all three of my keggles. Do you guys have any recommendations as to locations of these holes? Is it ok to mount the ball valve directly above the small hole in the bottom/side of the keg for heat related purposes...

    whirlpooling

OK so just do it all at the same time. BK --> plate chiller --> BK Whirlpool loop. Wait till it gets down to temp and then let it sit before moving to fermenter. Would there not be an issue of hop particles, etc getting into the plate chiller if I don't do a whirlpool first before sending...
