Interesting concept if I was bottling but I plan on kegging this brew. I can't stand dealing with bottles.

I brewed this 3 weeks ago and pulled a pint from the keg tonight and it tastes pretty darn good for a light beer. The only change I made to the original recipe was the yeast. I used 1056. I ended up with 4.6% abv. My FIL will really enjoy this. I think some flame out hop additions might be good...

You can still brew tomorrow. Just pitch the yeast on Friday. No big deal there.

I rinse them out with warm water, then fill it with hot water and OxyClean. Let it sit for a few hours then run the brush on the inside and it comes out spotless.

I had a few cars prior to this one that were given to me by my parents but the first car I purchased was an 84 Mustang SVO, back in the 90's. I took a few years and fully restored it. Ended up selling it when I got married in 2003.

Brewed this up today. Hit an OG of 1.041. My LHBS was out of US-05 and Nottingham so I went with Wyeast 1056. I didn't make a starter even though BS recommended I did. I figure I should be ok as this is a low gravity beer. Hopefully it all works out.

I was looking for a nice, light session brew with a quick turn around to keg and this is it! Brewing this up tomorrow. I have brewed many of BM's recipes with great success. Thanks for the recipe BM! Cheers.

I'm just thinking out loud and I could be way off here but we all know that CO2 is heavier than Oxygen. Therefore, all you need is a small blanket of CO2 on the beer. You don't actually need to displace 100% of the oxygen from the keg do you? You could have 10% CO2 and 90% oxygen in the head...
