The internal wiring matches the wire diagramming and the jumpers match for my application but it's for sure a no-go, at least without diagnosing what's wrong inside the unit. So far customer service looks promising. Hopefully your experience sorted them out :) I'll know for sure in a few days.

I just tried that also with no result, it looks like it's a defective unit. Beverage factory had the best price when I was shopping around for the controller and it looks like their customer service is also top-notch. They have another on the way for me. Thanks for the help!

How do you cure this? For the life of me I can't figure out what is causing this, I see no air leaks in the tubing. Only on my first batch so I'm sure it will not be an issue on this one since it will dissappear rapidly but I'd like to avoid it in future batches.
