    I got the nut and the CO2 tank from BB, the regulator is from America so the link you gave me helped and it fits i just tested it, however, I have to get the old one off the American regulator. I don't want to damage the regulator...best way to get this thing off without screwing something up...

    I just deployed, sorry can't help, depending on where you are, there are some pretty good pubs. Bird in Hand is close, the food sucks, but its a good place for greene king beer. If you can get to cambridge, tons of good pubs.

    Problems with a Kolsch

    I ordered it as a kit from Midwest...it said Cologne Kolsch, came with everything to make a Kolsch, and no didn't lager per se, it sat for almost a month in my basement, i'd say 64-ish degrees....

    i usually steep the grains for 20 mins in 1.5-2 gallons of water, i was considering just trying it for a lark...but i do freeze them when they are done, so the wife can do the bread with them, not sure if that affects much

    No drips, they all work fine, I got a manifold for the CO2. I built a "floor" for the cornies and had enough room underneath to lay down the 20 lb CO2 bottle, ran line up the back into the 3-line manifold and each goes to a different keg, it all "just" fits...have to fiddle with it but it...
