    Thx for the fast reply- Would bottle water be ok or should i boil and cool before adding.. Either way I believe it will turn out fine but would like to bring it down a bit if Its not going to contaminate or cause any issues

    So I'v been brewing for about 4 years and finally made the leap to all-grain within the last year. I'v also been coming to HBT for the better part of that time but finally decided to join because a buddy has won some awesome stuff for being a member and I wondered why not me? Anyways this place...
