Heck yes!

I ended up with the Holiday 7.0 from Lowes ($189 minus military discount and free shipping) and I'm hopeful that it's a good purchase. I'm waiting on the temp controller from Hong Kong before I can finish my DIY thermometer for it, but it does easily my better bottle and ale pail with some room...

I'm stuck in an apartment, but one day have delusions of setting up a multi-tap kegerator in a man-cave. Ideally I'd like to convert a chest freezer to house several kegs with taps on top. Pretty straightforward. But for some fanciness, I'd like to display stats about the brews being served...

I drive a Volvo. A smallish one. SWMBO has an Accord. There's no way a freezer is fitting in either. I've given extensive consideration to the logistics :-) It might just have to be an early birthday gift for myself or something.

OP - Did you ever end up brewing this? How did it go? I'm thinking of doing the exact same one for my upcoming wedding. I found an extract kit from Brewferm (Tripel I think it was), but haven't brewed yet.

I'm not great at articulating flavors, but to me it tastes just like a chocolate donut would in liquid form. I've looked around online a bit and others have commented on a vanilla finish. A local paper that reviewed it said it was an "oatmeal stout" with a proprietary flavoring added...
