    Anyone try BRY-97 yet

    I pitched with 97 after a us-05 that I killed did not tale off. Turns out I didn't kill the 05 just got scared. Anyway the over pitchingare for a 12 hr fermentation. Now I have a funny smelling xtra pale.

    Lot of info missing here but if its worth anything. I pitched one vial wlp 001 on 1.092 no starter and obviously way under pitched. It kicked off in 3 hours and didn't finish for 3 weeks.

    I purchase arsenic at my LHBS it is cheap and works well with most styles.

    Racked too soon?

    You made a second primary. I for this by accident when I racked a wheat to secondary (first mistake). It was @ 1.010 which was my intent but the yeast felt that of needed to fervent more.
