well. I just finished filling up and re-capping 60 bottles and now wondering If I filled them up too much ? lol I have 7/8 " head space these are 330 ml bottles.

correction i just took a measurement. I have 2-3/4 " head room . Should i pop the caps off them and fill them up ?

bottled my first batch today But, think I messed up as I left about 2 " head room at the top ( half way up the neck ) Did i just pooch my first batch and make flat beer ?

according to my hydromder i need to be sitting around 1.4 for 5 % alcohol

My FG seems about right as per manufacturer. Also just tested my Continental Pilsner and sitting around 1.04 which seems about right also but when i spin the Hydrometer around and read the approximate % alcohol it shows at that FG level it be only about .25 %

So did my first hydrometer reading tonight and as per instructions I should be complete my fermentation stage 15 days. Its the wheat beer made by Festa brew When i take a reading it sits just below the 1.000 mark at 22 degrees C way im reading it, looks like i only got maybe .25 % alcohol...
