Took off this morning, 36 hour lag, not terrible compared to others experience. Jack Mangrove look interesting!

Pitched BRY97 24 hours ago and there isn't any activity. I thought maybe 45 seconds of O2 might help the lag, no luck.

There were 25-50 "beetles" on my two Chinook plants this afternoon. Is there an agreement that it a bug doing the leaf damage? Should I treat?

I have a leaf issue as shown on pictures, this same plant has a ton of this bug pictured on it as well. The plant in question is a Chinook. The leaf issue started towards the bottom and is slowly making its was up. Thanks in advance!

2nd year plants. I started with Great Lakes Crowns and got a great yield last year. They didn't quite make it to the top of the trellis last year but I expect they will this year. I have Centennial, Cascade, Zues and Chinook (IPA guy here).

Drinking very well. Great fluffy off white head lasts forever. Tropical, sweet orange peel. Nice body from the wheat, slight sweetness from the caravienna. Will be brewing this a couple more time before summer is over.

Growing pretty well here in Michigan. They grow vertically for 4 feet then climb on an incline for 16 more feet. Stawberries growing underneath.

To each his own I suppose. Session or not I don't want to drink a watery beer. There is Coors Light for that. I want my session to have all the great parts of an IPA but at sub 4 AVB. Even at 1012 they do not taste full bodied, due to the lack of crystal malt.

Last year I cut my bines back to ground level, some even poking up an inch of two. All of the emerging grow thus far is coming off of these bine and not from the "crown" below. Is this okay or should I cut them back deeper in the ground? At the end of this season should I cut the bines...

I was told by a bartender at the tap room that they us Zythos in this beer.

Normally I would just relax and have a homebrew, but this part of the pellicle is thick and very blue... Should I be concerned? It is slick looking, not furry. About a month ago I transferred to a secondary with maltodextrin.

Brewed this up on December 1st 2012 and the airlock it still chugging away!

I have (best preforming 1st) Cascade, Zeus, Centennial and Chinook all did very well in Michigan.
