I am starting out so to have things fined tuned as you do is unnecessary. Eventually I will get there, but two is overkill along with the more advanced one. Time shall tell!
You could be depending on the juice and yeast used. Not to mention if you wanna rack to a secondary and even if you wanna bottle. Typically easy cider recipes are 4-8 weeks before drinking
What is your preferred method to bottle your final product? Glass, plastic, sizes, caps to close them, and how long before the Cider goes bad once you open a cap on a larger bottle say a growler or gallon (if this is how you store them)? Thank you!
