    Doc says NO BEER!

Good to know that I'm not alone. Although if I don't have my morning coffee, I can not be held responsible for the consequences! :)

    Doc says NO BEER!

That works for me, I LOVE English style beer. :mug:

    Doc says NO BEER!

Geez, I might have to get a more "favorable" second opinion. He just handed me this sheet he printed off with dietary guidelines, at the top was no alcohol. How long have you had it JesseRC? Did you ever consider surgery?

    Doc says NO BEER!

Oh man, I was diagnosed with a hiatus hernia yesterday, and the doc says no greasy food, no chocolate, no caffeine, and worst of all NO BEER! He says it can take more than a year to heal up. Way to kill all enjoyment in my life! Oh well, maybe I'll get some of Ed Wort's Apfelwein going...

    What are you reading now?

Just curious. Does anyone use an ebook reader? I bought the Sony PRS-505 and will never read a regular book again. I love being able to carry around a complete library in my pocket. The e-ink technology is amazing, such high resolution that you can't hardly tell that the font is digital...

    I hate Walmart!!

I've been buying the Wal-Mart brand of bread, and it doesn't go bad!! I have it for a month and no mold, and only slightly stale. This scares the crap out of me. What did they do to make bread impervious to decay? Am I going to start growing a second head?

    Evening all from Edinburgh

Yeah, I knew this old guy who had an old hollow-body electric that had the greatest tone I've ever heard. I'm not even sure where Gibson is anymore.

    Evening all from Edinburgh

That is odd isn't it? The only original names here in the U.S. are usually Native American. For example I live just north of a town named Kalamazoo. Now that is original!

    Another Drunken Michigander

Don't do much fishing, but hunting's not bad around here, since I pretty much live right smack in the middle of the Allegan woods. I gotta say you're lucky to be in B.C.-Arcadia is one of my favorites. Love English style beers. Just finished off my Christmas presents of a case of London...

    Another Drunken Michigander

Just wanted to say hi. I have found this site very useful. I've only got a couple of Mr. Beer batches under my belt as of yet, but I'm planning on expanding soon.
